Accessibility help
TableMender aims to make its tools usable with a keyboard, readable at enlarged sizes and clear about changes to your data.
Navigation and keyboard use
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and controls. The first “Skip to content” link bypasses the repeated navigation. Buttons work with Enter or Space; native checkboxes, lists and file controls follow your browser's keyboard behavior. On a small screen, the Menu button opens navigation and Escape closes it. Focus indicators identify the current control.
Reading and reviewing a table
Controls have text labels and associated instructions. Result updates use status messages; processing errors have a separate alert and an association with the relevant input when the tool can identify it. Preview tables include a caption, column headings and original source record headings. Pagination and filtering can help you inspect a large result.
A wide data table scrolls inside its own region to preserve the relationship between columns. Tab to the “Scrollable data preview” region and use your browser's arrow-key scrolling. Page text is designed to wrap at narrow widths. You can enlarge the page with browser zoom.
Motion and display preferences
Animations follow your device's reduced-motion preference. The design uses text and shape as well as color to explain actions and warnings. Browser high-contrast and forced-color modes retain native control boundaries and focus outlines. No accessibility overlay or third-party tracking script is required.
What remains to be verified
We use WCAG 2.2 AA as a design and checking reference, with automated checks and keyboard, layout and motion checks. These do not establish complete conformance or cover every assistive technology. We have not completed a full audit with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or users of those technologies. Browser and assistive-technology combinations may differ.
Report an accessibility problem
Please use the contact page and include the page, the action that was difficult, your browser and any assistive technology involved. Use synthetic data rather than personal or confidential records. There is no guaranteed response time, but reproducible reports help us correct the tool and its instructions.
